about EMILY

Emily grew up in Raleigh, NC, and graduated from NC State University with a degree in Science Education for the Middle Grades. During her time at NC State, Emily grew close friendships in RUF through small group studies, ministry and worship team. She is thrilled to be a part of God's work in Newport News with students at CNU! Some of Emily's favorite ways to spend time are singing (spontaneous worship nights speak to her heart), any measure of spending time outside (kayaking, walking/hiking, sitting, fishing), and trying new things!
